Return Policy

We accept returns on items purchased from Heliums.com that meet the following conditions

• 1 - returned within 14 days of receipt
• 2 - must be unused and unworn
• 3 - must be in original packaging and have all tags attached
• 4 - item was not a custom or special order item

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card.

How do I return my order?

All returns must be authorized prior to returning. Please contact us at info@heliums.com to obtain a return form and an RMA number. Please do not send returns prior to obtaining an RMA number.

For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and purchasing insurance for your package. It will ease the process in case the package is lost or damaged in transit.

Returns are not accepted on custom orders, including items with custom text and packaging.
